Currently, he oversees financial operations, payroll, and tax compliance at Bamson Company Ltd. He holds a degree in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).

Walter brings over 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and auditing. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Accounting), an MBA in Finance, and certifications from the Ghana Investment and Securities Institute.

Currently at Maersk Ghana Ltd, he contributes to financial strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency. His career spans education, pharmaceuticals, and oil & gas, with expertise in budgeting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.

Annang Michael is a promising accountant and a Pastor, with a known track record of excellent human relation, business and financial management. He is known for his relational and transactional skills hinged on his deep understanding of Financial Management.

Michael has successfully managed business accounts and internal audit services which has led to the growth and sustenance of institutions.

His contribution as management member of organizations is evidenced by the strategic decisions and policies which has led to a remarkable change towards the advancement of such institutions.

He is BSc Accounting holder, Diploma in Christian Theology and currently an ICA Candidate. He believes that integrity and strong credibility is the most important ingredient for successful business leadership.

Emmanuel Amoako is a Chartered Accountant (ICAG) and Chartered Tax Practitioner (CITG) with expertise in accounting, taxation, and sustainability. He holds an MPhil in Accounting and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Ghana. Emmanuel has taught at the University of Ghana Business School, UniMAC-Institute of Languages, and other institutions, covering courses in accounting, finance, and management. He has co-authored peer-reviewed publications and conducts research in sustainability, corporate governance, green accounting, taxation, and audit quality. Emmanuel’s blend of academic, professional, and research experience uniquely positions him to provide strategic financial and sustainability advisory services.
